Box 323– 00206, Kiserian in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jane Mugure Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jane Mugure Njuguna, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jane Mugure Wamugi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jane Mugure Wamugi only.
