REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipyebei arap Cheseng’eny (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kericho/Kiptugumo/217 situate in the district of Kericho, and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Kericho in Succession Cause No. 160 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Elizabeth Cheptonui Yebei and (2) Taplule Chepketer Chesengeny, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Kipyebei arap Cheseng’eny (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of (1) Elizabeth Cheptonui Yebei and (2) Taplule Chepketer Chesengeny, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipyebei arap Cheseng’eny (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
