WHEREAS Roberto Manara, of P.O. Box 556, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all those apartments No. 904 and 905 erected on those pieces of land containing 0.5061 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, registered under title Nos. Portion Nos. 102727/2-Malindi C.R. No. 41322 and 41323, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of titles have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
