WHEREAS Samuel Ndungu Gitau (ID/13532318), of P.O. Box 2087–00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Lamu/Witu/6, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Malindi in Succession Cause No. 22 of 2014 through certificate of confirmation has shown that the land title deed was acquired falsely, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issued earlier to Samuel Ndungu Gitau shall be revoked and cancelled.
