WHEREAS Abdulrahman Kimani Kibilia, of P.O. Box 81244, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as Kilifi/Mtondia/2890, 2891, 2892 and 2893, situate in the district of Kilifi and has applied for removal of a caution, the details of the caution is unknown, and whereas the registered owner has applied for removal of the same, notice is given that I shall proceed to remove the said caution after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period.
