THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Raymond John Howlett and (2) Mariam Mzee Hamisi, both of P.O. Box 316, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0263 hectare or thereabouts, known as 4131/III/MN, situate in the north of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 36843, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instruments of indemnity and reconstruct the Deed File under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act.
