REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Wanjiku Waweru (ID/9194886), of P.O. Box 1996–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, i's registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/10939, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all THE KENYA GAZETTE 28th March, 2024 efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
