WHEREAS Bernard Njagi Mbita (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Muthambi/Lower Karimba/706, situate in the district of Maara, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Chuka in Succession Cause No. E101 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Collins Mureithi Gitari (ID/24970397), and whereas the said Collins Mureithi Gitari has executed land application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator (L.R.A. 39), and whereas the land title deed in respect of Bernard Njagi Mbita (deceased) is lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator L.R.A. 39 in the name of Collins Mureithi Gitari (ID/24970397), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bernard Njagi Mbita (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
