REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Menya Nyangare (deceased), of P.O. Box 255, Kadongo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as E. Kasipul/Kojwach Kamioro/800, situate in the district of Rachuonyo East, whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 376 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of Yucabeth Ongiri Menya, of P.O. Box 255, Kadongo, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the Juma Dalmas Menya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Menya Nyangare (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
