REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nambili Wekhomba (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kimilili/Kimilili/211, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Bungoma in Succession Cause No. 22 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Hellen Nameme Nambili and (2) Philip Wafula Sifuna Nyukuri, and whereas the land title deed is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nambili Wekhomba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
