APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension and variation order dated the 6th January, 2021, I appointed Mr. Nelson N. Nyaga, the Deputy Director of Co-operative Audit to be liquidator for Numa Coffee Growers Co- operative Society (in liquidation) Limited (CS/8827), for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and whereas the said Nelson N. Nyaga has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation period for Numa Coffee Growers Co-operative Society (in-liquidation) Limited for another period not exceeding one (1) year and appoint CPA Michael Obiero Ngolo to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
