Box 1020–00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Natalie Mbaire Miringu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Natalie Mbaire Miringu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Natalie Mbaire Munge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Natalie Mbaire Munge only.
