NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 598, in Volume D1, Folio 59/709, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Jedidah Mumbi Nyambura, of P.O. Box 70505–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jeddidah Ikirezi Mumbi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jeddidah Ikirezi Mumbi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jedidah Mumbi Nyambura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jedidah Mumbi Nyambura only.
