NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 19th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 460, in Volume D1, Folio 440/560, File No. MMXIV, by our client, Nashwa Mohamud Abdisalam, formerly known as Nashwa Mohamed Abdisalam, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nashwa Mohamed Abdisalam, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nashwa Mohamud Abdisalam, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nashwa Mohamud Abdisalam only.
