NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-464, in Volume B-13, Folio 2337/21096, File No. 1637, by our client, Natalie Cuthbert, of P.O. Box 82365–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Natalie Mordaunt, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Natalie Mordaunt, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Natalie Cuthbert, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Natalie Cuthbert only.
