THE COMMUNITY LAND ACT

(No. 27 of 2016)

REGISTRATION

IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by section 8 (1) of the Community Land Act, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County Government of Tana River has developed the Adjudication Programme for the following communities in Tana River County asset out in the second column of the Schedule. Community Locality Ndura Tana River Sub-county Kinakomba Tana River Sub-county Kalindi Tana Delta Sub-county Salama Tana Delta Sub-county The Cabinet Secretary shall proceed to publish the notices of the intention to survey, demarcate for registration of communities and community land in the Schedule as per section 8 (4) of the Community Land Act and any law relating to adjudication of titles to land.
