NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Kirinyaga that pursuant to Standing Order 26 of the County Assembly Standing Orders, on the request of the Leader of Majority Party, I have appointed Tuesday the 6th day of February, 2024 as a day for two special sittings of the County Assembly as follows: 1. Tuesday, 6th February, 2024 at 10.00 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. in the morning - Tabling and issuing notice of motion for the adoption of the report by the Joint Committees on Finance and Economic Planning and that of Budget and Appropriations on the consideration of the model Intergovernmental conditional allocations transfer agreements. 2. Tuesday, 6th February, 2024 at 11.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m. motion for the adoption of the report by the Joint Committees on Finance and Economic Planning and that of Budget and Appropriations on the consideration of the model Intergovernmental conditional allocations transfer agreements. The special sittings shall be held in the County Assembly Chambers, Kerugoya in accordance with Standing Order 26 (3) of the County Assembly of Kirinyaga Standing Orders.
