REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dr. Levi Akundabweni, of P.O. Box 913–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/10352/46, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificat of title registered as I.R. 41491/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificat of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
