REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Nyambura Mugekenyi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as 26th July, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE Nakuru/Rare/Kiriri/937, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 33 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of Grace Mumbi Kigo, and whereas the said court has executed an application to registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50 and whereas the land title deed in respect of Elizabeth Nyambura Mugekenyi (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name Grace Mumbi Kigo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elizabeth Nyambura Mugekenyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
