THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Mwangi Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.1380 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 3/287, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E129 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) John Kariuki Chege and (2) Paul Kariuki Mwangi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deeds to (1) John Kariuki Chege and (2) Paul Kariuki Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the Francis Mwangi Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
