PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that preparation of the above draft plan was on 11th July, 2024, completed. The plan relates to public land situated within Nandi County. Copies of the part development plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, Mazingira House and County Physical Planner, Ardhi House and county website www.nandicounty.go.ke. The copies of the plans so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, Mazingira House and County Physical Planner, Ardhi House and county website www.nandicounty.go.ke. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Office of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Physical and Land Use Planning, P.O. Box 802–30300, Kapsabet, not later than fourteen (14) days from publication of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state grounds on which it is made. Dated the 11th July, 2024.
