NOTICE is given under section 394 of the Insolvency Act that at general meeting of the members of the above Company on the 27th June, 2024, duly convened and held virtually, the following Special Resolution was passed: “THAT the Company be wound up by way of Members Voluntary Liquidation and that Peter Kahi, Insolvency Practitioner, of P.O. Box 14077–00800, Nairobi, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of said Members Voluntary Liquidation”. NOTICE is given that the creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before the 31st July, 2024, to send their names, addresses (postal and or electronic) and full particulars of their debts or claims against the Company to the above-named appointed liquidator, or in default thereof will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
