REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Naazmin Farhan Kever, of P.O. Box 231–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0487 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Group V/1562, Kilifi, situate in the south of Kilifi Township in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 52095, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
