WHEREAS (1) Francis Ngige Kabete (ID/7085696), (2) Mwaura Nguku Kamau (ID/4292115) and (3) Elizabeth Njeri Kihoro, holding in trust of Eldo Amani S.H.G., are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Uasin Gishu County, registered under title No. Sergoit/Koiwoptaoi Block 11/766, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
