REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Cira Wainaina (ID/10183726), of P.O. Box 250–00219, Karuri in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrator of the estate of Gakwa Kiniu alias Gakwa Kaniu (deceased), is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kiambu County, registered under title No. Kiambaa/Ruaka/T. 252, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
