GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8531

WHEREAS Lucas Amoke Amollo alias Amoke Amolo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Kanyawegi/3592, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E712 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of (1) Nobert Lare Amoke and (2) Tobias Oganda Amoke, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Lucas Amoke Amollo alias Amoke Amolo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of LRA 39 and LRA 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lucas Amoke Amollo alias Amoke Amolo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
