GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8541

WHEREAS Mugira Njuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Magumoni/Thuita/1029, situate in the district of Meru South, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Chuka in Succession Cause No. E133 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Humprey Ireri Mugira (ID/1004065), and whereas the said Humprey Ireri Mugira has executed land application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator (L.R.A. 39), and whereas the land title deed in respect of Magumoni/Thuita/1029 is lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator (L.R.A. 39) in the name of Humprey Ireri Mugira (ID/1004065), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mugira Njuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
