THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dominic Kimanzi Mukuta (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.11 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kitui, known as Kyangwithya/Tungutu/1377, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in succession cause No. 91 of 2020, has issued letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Ndinda Kiminza Mukuta, and whereas the said has excecuted land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA 39, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dominic Kimanzi Mukuta (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument L.R.A. 42, in the name of Ndinda Kiminza Mukuta and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dominic Kimanzi Mukuta (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
