REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francisca Auma Onunda (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta I/6869, situate in the district of Migori, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed to (1) Valerie Adhiambo Agure and (2) Claris Tina Awuor having been Gazetted as administrators under succession cause No. E40 of 2022 at the Senior Principal Magistrate’s succession Court at Nyando, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
