THAT a Preservation Order be and is hereby issued for seizure of KSh. 9,578,588.00 held at DTB Bank Limited account number 0931692001 in the name of the 1st Respondent. 3. THAT the orders be and is hereby issued directing the funds in order 2 to be transferred to the Asset Recovery Agency Preservation Kenya Shillings Account Number 1240221339 held at Kenya Commercial Bank, K.I.C.C. branch. 4. THAT a preservation be and is hereby issued against Bayhill apartments house A10 erected on plot number Land reference number 209/11607 (IR.131256) in the name of Rose Mumbi Mimano. 5.
