NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 418, in Volume DI, Folio 163/694, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Samuel Kariuki Maina wa Limuru, of P.O. Box 28069–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samuel Kariuki Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Kariuki Maina, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samuel Kariuki Maina wa Limuru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samuel Kariuki Maina wa Limuru only.
