NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th May, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 072, in Volume D1, Folio 158/856, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Peter Mwangi Kimani, formerly known as Peter Mwangi Njenga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Mwangi Njenga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Mwangi Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Mwangi Kimani only.
