APPOINTMENT

IT IS notified for the general information of the public that the Governor of Bungoma County, Hon. Kenneth Makelo Lusaka, Governor, Bungoma County, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) and (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, as read together with sections 30 (2) (d) and (e) and 31 of the County Governments Act, 2012, has appointed to the Committee on Investigation of allegations levelled against County Executive Committee Member for Gender, Culture, Youth and Sports, Monica Salano Fedha (Dr.) by a Board consisting of the following persons: Saul Wasilwa — Chairperson Members: Moses Narwenyi, Purity Kafuna Masinde. The Committee shall be expected to investigate the allegations levelled against the County Executive Committee Member and hand in a report with recommendations within thirty (30) days as per the terms of reference in their appointment letters. The Secretariat to the Committee shall be at the Office of the County Secretary and Head of Public Service. Dated the 1st August, 2024.
