REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ferdinand Kazungu Binimbita and (2) George Kenga Charo, both of P.O. Box 68196–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.911 hectares or thereabout, known as Subdivision No. 9066/III/MN, situate in Kikambala in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 66180, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
