THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Muriithi Mugo, of P.O. Box 2657–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0436 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 115/749, situate in the county of Nairobi, and whereas evidence has been adduced to show that kthe title was fraudulently acquired, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice THE KENYA GAZETTE 2nd August, 2024 is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and thereafter the register shall be deemed cancelled and the land title deed issued earlier to John Muriithi Mugo shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
