THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raymond Ngugi Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kieseges/Nyamamithi Block 4/1909, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. E524 of 2022, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Michael Kariuki Ngugi and (2) Josphat Njoroge, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Raymond Ngugi Njoroge (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of (1) Michael Kariuki Ngugi and (2) Josphat Njoroge, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Raymond Ngugi Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
