GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9559

WHEREAS Mwangi Murinde alias s/o Mwangi Murinde (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 9.1 hectares or thereabout, known as Lower Muhito/Kariara/219, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Mukurweini in Succession Cause No. E139 of 2022, has issued grant of letters intestate to Dickson Michoro Mwangi as the administrator and the beneficiaries being (1) Dickson Muhoro Mwangi, (2) Phylis Njeri Mwangi, (3) Wilfred Kamaru Mwangi, (4) Virginia Muthoni Muraguri and (5) Dickson Michoro Mwangi, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R. A. 42 in favour of the said Dickson Michoro Mwangi as the administrator and the beneficiaries being (1) Dickson Muhoro Mwangi, (2) Phylis Njeri Mwangi, (3) Wilfred Kamaru Mwangi, (4) Virginia Muthoni Muraguri and (5) Dickson Michoro Mwangi, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Murinde alias s/o Mwangi Murinde (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
