THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kinyuru Ndukui alias Kinyuru Ndukui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.19 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiganjo/Kiganjo/403, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E460 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Joseph Kariuki Kinyuru, of P.O. Box 263–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Joseph Kariuki Kinyuru, of P.O. Box 263–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the Samuel Kinyuru Ndukui alias Kinyuru Ndukui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
