THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Wanjiku Kibe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Ngong/Ngong/1985, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kajiado, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Allan Kabue Njuguna (ID/3340183), (2) Mary Njeri Gatarwa (ID/7803276) and (3) Damaris Waruguru (ID/8537024), all of P.O. Box 54771–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Esther Wanjiku Kibe (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue the said land title deed to (1) Allan Kabue Njuguna (ID/3340183), (2) Mary Njeri Gatarwa (ID/7803276) and (3) Damaris Waruguru (ID/8537024), and upon such registration the land register issued earlier to the said Esther Wanjiku Kibe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
