THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS William Kiberen Serem (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as parcel No. Nandi/Kipkarren Salient/183, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. 9 of 2017, has issued letters of administration in favour of (1) Lena Jerotich Serem, (2) Jane Jelagat Serem, (3) Elkana Kipkorir Serem and (4) John Kibet Serem, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided jthat no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said (1) Lena Jerotich Serem, (2) Jane Jelagat Serem, (3) Elkana Kipkorir Serem, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said William Kiberen Serem (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
