REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkemei arap Mugun (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as parcel No. Nandi/Kaplamai/279, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E450 of 2021, has issued letters of administration in favour of Monicah Chelimo, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided jthat no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said Monicah Chelimo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkemei arap Mugun (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
