REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elijah Wilson Onyango (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as North Sakwa/Kamasoga/1491, situate in Migori County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title to Tom Odhiambo Onyango having been gazetted as administrator under Succession Cause No. 1204 of 2005 in the High of Kenya at Nairobi and the remaining proprietor Peter Ndara Anyango, provided no valid objection has been received within that period.
