APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 563 (2) (b) of the Insolvency Act, 2015 of Kenya, notice is given that effective 13th May, 2024, Messrs Kamal Anantroy Bhatt and Dhir Kamal Bhatt of Anant Bhatt LLP, have been appointed as Joint Administrators (“the Administrators”) of Mitini Scapes Development Limited (Under Administration). With their appointment, the Administrators shall now take control over the assets and the management of the affairs of the Company. By virtue of the Administration, the powers of the directors of the Company in terms of dealing and/or transacting with the Company's assets have ceased. Any party having a claim against the Company to submit their claim in writing with the relevant supporting documentation to the Administrators without delay for consideration.
