NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Senior Principal Magistrates Court at Mombasa under Miscellaneous Case No. E473 of 2024 to the owners of the motorcycles, motor vehicles, tuktuks and assorted items at Likoni Police Station within seven (7) days from the date of this publication, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers, Mombasa, shall proceed to dispose of the said motorcycles, motor vehicles, tuktuks and assorted items by way of public auction on behalf of Likoni Police Station, if they remain uncollected/unclaimed.
