TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya to the owners of the following motor vehicle: KBV 111Q, Toyota Pickup, to take delivery of the motor vehicle which is currently lying at the United Textile Industries Limited go-down, Thika, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public Auction by Icon Auctioneers, Tembo Co-operative House, 3rd Floor, Moi Avenue, P.O Box 40781–00100, Nairobi, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
