NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th March, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 663, in Volume DI, Folio 167/739, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Alex Manoa Nyamai, of P.O. Box 47082– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alex Manda Mutiso, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alex Manda Mutiso, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alex Manoa Nyamai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Alex Manoa Nyamai only.
