NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-224, in Volume B-13, Folio 2361/21373, File No. 1635, by our client, Everlyne Wangeshi Kimau, formerly known as Felistus Wangea Kimau alias Everyne Wangea Kimau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Felistus Wangea Kimau alias Everyne Wangea Kimau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Everlyne Wangeshi Kimau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Everlyne Wangeshi Kimau only.
