NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 101, in Volume DI, Folio 821/784, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Nicasius Ireri Njuguna, of P.O. Box 47, Runyenjes in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gachiare Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Gachiare Njuguna, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nicasius Ireri Njuguna, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nicasius Ireri Njuguna only.
