REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyali Bay Resort Limited, of P.O. Box 80274–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest for a term of 9999 years from 1st April, 1996 at a revisable annual rent of KSh. 11, 350 of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 9778/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 28687/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register in respect of thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
