THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Boaz Musumba Anguche alias Boaz Angutse (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.6 acres or thereabouts, known as West Bunyore/Ebusakami/267, situate in the district of Luanda, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in Succession Cause No. E237 of 2022, has issued letters of administration in favour of Joseph Kato Anguche, and whereas the said Joseph Kato Anguche has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Joseph Kato Anguche, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Boaz Musumba Anguche alias Boaz Angutse (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
